When you’re ready to place a full order, complete the order form with your selections. Once submitted, you’ll receive a personalized proposal with an estimate, along with a contract outlining the process and timeline—giving you everything you need to move forward with confidence.

PLACE AN ORDER
1. Fill Out the Order Form
Fill out the order form and make your selections.
2. Review the Contract
After submitting the form, you’ll be taken to a Stationery Agreement, where you can take your time and read through the terms. This contract protects both parties and clearly outlines the proof and revision process. The contract must be signed to submit your deposit.
3. Invoice & Payment
Next, you’ll see your invoice with the total order amount. For invitation suites, save-the-dates, and day-of stationery, a 50% deposit is required to begin the design process. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final proof approval and must be paid in order for your suite to move into production. It’s normal to make small adjustments along the way—like changing quantities or adding or removing embellishments—and your balance will be updated accordingly before production begins.
4. Proofs & Revisions
Your first digital proof will arrive within 7 business days via email. If your order includes custom artwork, please allow up to 10 business days for this initial proof. You’ll have 3 days to review and provide feedback or approve. If changes are requested, a second proof will be delivered within 4 business days, and you’ll again have 3 days to approve. Your order includes up to three rounds of revisions to ensure everything looks perfect. Tip: Reviewing your proofs promptly helps keep the process smooth and on schedule!
5. Final Proof & Production
The remaining 50% balance is due upon proof approval. Once final payment is received, your suite will move into production—bringing your stationery to life. Orders typically ship 2–3 weeks after proof approval, with the full process averaging 4–5 weeks from start to finish.
