7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Custom Products

Because all custom stationery is made to order:

  • Orders are generally non-refundable once design work has begun.

  • Approved proofs cannot be canceled or returned.

  • Custom items cannot be resold and are therefore not eligible for return.

Limited Exceptions

Seller may offer a correction or reprint only if:

  • A production error occurred that differs from the approved proof, and

  • The issue is reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Minor variations in color, texture, or handmade characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Standard Items (e.g., Envelope Liners, Accessories)

Some pre-made, non-custom items may be returned if:

  • They are unused and undamaged, and

  • They are returned within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, contact Seller in writing with your order details. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Refunds for approved returns will be processed after the items are received and inspected.

Cancellations & Catastrophic Events

  • Buyer-Initiated Cancellation: Custom orders may only be canceled before proofs are created. Retainers are generally non-refundable except in cases of catastrophic or unavoidable events.

  • Seller-Initiated Cancellation: In the event of illness, natural disaster, or other unavoidable circumstances preventing completion, a refund may be issued for payments made for uncompleted work.
